2D Action RPG pitch


I put some serious thought into what I wanted to create, so I thought I would continue from where I left off last semester with this hanger bay I made.
I have seriously rebuild and reconfigured the hanger but for the RPG aspect of it I wanted to make it the first time you come across the cave, and your job is to clear it out of enemies and make you way thorough out the dungeon until you have also collected all the resources and enemies, players will have to travel back and forth between town to get supplies, later as the player clears out the cave you can contract local NPCs to build a “town” inside the mine to help boost economy. And get you new weapons and items to take on later enemies and so forth.
 Other areas will be open to complete quests to help you complete you overall job of protecting and building up the town where you live. Or you don’t have to and ultimately fail due to the town being destroyed by enemies and you then being unable to get new supplies and equipment.
